Strategic Foothold in Western India

On 24 February 2026, Casagrand Premier Builder Limited inaugurated its development office in Mumbai, expanding its operational presence in western India. The office is located at the 11th Floor, Tower B, Peninsula Business Park, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai – 400 013. The office was inaugurated by Ms. Shaina NC, a renowned Indian politician, in the presence of Mr. Arun Mn, Chairman & Managing Director, Casagrand Premier Builder Limited, along with the senior management team.

Peninsula Business Park is a prestigious commercial complex located in Lower Parel, one of Mumbai's prime business districts, and is a landmark project by Peninsula Land Ltd in one of the most sought-after business districts in the city. The complex houses prominent tenants including HSBC, Accenture, Deloitte, Zee Entertainment, Oracle and Tata Interactive Systems.

Building on Maharashtra Success

Casagrand has already established its footprint in Maharashtra through its ongoing residential project, Casagrand Caladium, located near Upper Kharadi. Casagrand's first project in Pune, Casagrand Caladium, offers 334 elegantly crafted 2 BHK & 3 BHK apartments from INR 1.05 crore onwards. The Mumbai development office strengthens the company's operational base in the state, enabling it to better serve homebuyers across Maharashtra with the same quality and commitment that has defined the Casagrand brand in South India.

The company intends to leverage this base to deepen its understanding of Maharashtra's real estate dynamics and extend its product-driven approach and delivery discipline to homebuyers across the region.

A Quarter-Century of South India Leadership

Incorporated in 2003, Casagrand focuses on delivering product-driven solutions within committed timelines. Casagrand is a well-known residential brand in South India and is the largest developer in the residential sector of Chennai during the period January 1, 2017, to June 30, 2025, according to CBRE Report. Over the past two decades, the developer has built a portfolio of more than 180 projects, accounting for over 88 million sq ft of development, spread across Chennai, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Pune and Dubai.

The company offers apartments and independent villas across luxury, mid-end, and affordable categories, all under the Casagrand brand.

Western India on the Horizon

Casagrand, which has built a portfolio of more than 180 projects across India and Dubai, has traditionally been concentrated in southern markets. The company has purchased two prime land sites in Upper Kharadi and Wagholi and plans to develop nearly 3 million sq.ft of high-end residential space within these areas. The projects in Pune are approximated at a development value of about ₹3,000 crore.

The decision to set up a development office in Mumbai reflected Casagrand's confidence in the long-term growth prospects of western India and its commitment to building a sustained presence in the region.
