Casagrand has unveiled Casagrand Aquagrove, a 6.7-acre apartment project in Madhavaram overlooking Puzhal Lake, comprising 544 two, three and four BHK apartments priced between ₹89 lakh and ₹1.83 crore. The May 2026 launch marks the developer's entry into North Chennai's waterfront residential segment, positioning the community as Chennai's first waterfront promenade development overlooking the expansive 4,500-acre lake.
