Casagrand completed one year of operations in Pune on 19 May 2026, marking a significant milestone in its expansion journey in western India. Since entering the Pune market in 2025, the company established its presence with the launch of Casagrand Caladium near Upper Kharadi, a residential project that received strong response from homebuyers.
Office Expansion and Operational Growth
As part of expansion plans, Casagrand acquired a 20,000 sq ft office space in Pune, aimed at strengthening customer engagement and operational efficiency. Building on the momentum from its first year in the city, the company is preparing to launch additional residential projects in emerging locations such as Manjari, Pisoli, Wagholi, and other developing micro-markets.
