Casagrand Moondance Clears Karnataka RERA at Launch
Casagrand Moondance has been registered under Karnataka RERA with registration number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/200526/008667, coinciding with the project's formal launch in May 2026. The residential project in Bengaluru comprises 504 two- and three-BHK apartments spread across 8.6 acres off Mysore Road, located in the Kumbalgodu area of south-western Bengaluru.
Design and Space Planning
The development has been designed in B+G+4 low-rise structures and includes 71,500 square feet of thematic courtyards and nearly 4.5 acres of open landscaped areas. Residential units have been designed to improve natural light, ventilation and privacy while integrating with surrounding landscaped areas.
The project includes three central thematic courtyards and residential planning aimed at creating larger open spaces within the development. Casagrand said the project has been developed around its #NoMoreSwalpaAdjustMaadi campaign and is positioned as a community-led residential development in west Bengaluru.
