Hyderabad currently accounts for 12 to 15 percent of Casagrand's total revenue.

Casagrand is now accelerating its portfolio expansion in the city, aligning its development pipeline with evolving end-user preferences and strong underlying demand fundamentals.
Profitability Pressures Amid Expansion
For the quarter ended June 2025, the company recorded a loss, reflecting fluctuations in project execution timelines and market conditions. As per its DRHP, the company reported a revenue of Rs 2,696 crore in FY25, up 3% YoY, and a net profit of Rs 235.6 crore, a decline of 7.6%.
The filing comes at a time when real estate developers are increasingly accessing capital markets to strengthen balance sheets and support future growth plans. The substantial debt reduction component of the IPO proceeds reflects the company's focus on deleveraging amid the aggressive expansion strategy across multiple markets.
