On 7 May 2026, Casagrand launched Casagrand Highcity, a 41-acre community on Chennai's Outer Ring Road planned for more than 4,000 homes. The project brings together 4000+ thoughtfully planned 2 and 3 BHK residences across four iconic G+22 towers, anchored by a 5-acre Ultra-Modern Sports Clubhouse. The project is registered under TNRERA/1/BLG/0156/2026, with more than 4,000 two and three BHK homes across four G+22 towers on 41 acres including 28 acres of open space.

Casagrand Highcity stands out as one of the first developments of this scale and configuration by an organized developer in the ORR corridor. The project is defined by a strong focus on open, breathable living, with 28 acres of open spaces comprising 22 acres of landscaped greens, 3.5 acres of tropical forest, and themed gardens. The four high-rise towers offer 2 and 3 BHK residences within a master plan inspired by Singaporean urban design principles.

The project integrates over 150+ world-class amenities, including 50+ sports and 25+ kids-focused facilities, creating a comprehensive ecosystem of living, leisure, and recreation. The project spans 41 acres with more than 4,000 two and three BHK residences across four G+22 towers, with 28 acres of open space including a 3.5-acre tropical forest and a 5-acre sports clubhouse with more than 35 courts. The project site will also house the two-acre Casagrand International School. The Outer Ring Road Corridor

The Chennai Outer Ring Road (ORR), a strategic 62-kilometre infrastructure corridor developed in two phases by the Tamil Nadu government, is redefining the city's real estate dynamics and urban expansion.
